What I collect
Details you give me when you use the contact form or email me, such as your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell me about your business. The site also collects basic usage information, like pages visited and the type of device and browser used, through WordPress.com and Jetpack analytics and cookies.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, to talk about working together, and to understand how the site is being used so I can improve it. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic), and I use email and other business tools to manage enquiries. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. I don’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
For as long as it’s needed to deal with your enquiry and keep reasonable business records. If you ask me to delete it, I’ll do so where I can.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email scott@growtactics.com.au. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled something, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
